Bachelor of Science ( BSc ) in Nursing is a 4 years ( 8 Semesters ) full time undergraduate medical course. This course prepares students to become skillful, knowledgeable and registered nurse who can provide direct patient care like medications administration and medical procedure assistance.
In BSc Nursing, students are taught healthcare subjects like nursing theory, clinical practice, anatomy, physiology, psychology, biochemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, nutrition, etc.
Apart from this, BSc Nursing students are also trained in nursing ethics & etiquettes, healthcare policies and patient communication.
After successful completion of the course, you can also become a specialized nurse. Like Pediatrics Nurse, Critical Care Nurse, Neurological Nurse, Cardiac Nurse, Psychiatric Nurse, Orthopedic Nurse, Oncology Nurse, Gynecological Nurse, Neonatal Nurse, etc.
